Matt Randall's Black Belt Academies are expanding and we are looking for energetic individuals who are interested in joining our growing Instructor Training Program.
Whether you have prior training or not, we are looking to train the right people for positions in sales, teaching, and school managment. You do not have to be a tournament champion or black belt to start training for a career that is rewarding and has potential for upward growth. In fact, many of our best instructors began as young kids, parents, and even grandparents. Our instructors come in all shapes and sizes and from every walk of life.
Many people think that teaching martial arts is a part-time hobby. At other schools, this may be true. At Matt Randall's Black Belt Academies, most of our instructors are pursuing a full-time careers with great benefits. Make no mistake, we are a business, we are serious about expansion, we are growing, and we want to help you grow with us, too.
ATTENTION VETERANS: Matt Randall's Black Belt Academy's Instructor Training Program is the first in NH, and the nation, to be accepted by the Veteran's Administration as an approved career training program. Because our program uses nationally recognized training materials and has extremely high standards, military personnel can apply for tuition credits from the VA to train for a career in the martial arts. Qualities we are looking for are:
Black Belt Attitude, the mental position that one can accomplish anything envisioned in mind. It is supported with mental focus to command one's body and live by a set of standards that will inspire others.
Must love martial arts.
Over 16 years old.
Must have a good appearance. ( clean, good hygiene, well groomed )
Must have a citizenship attitude. ( Have a sense of community )
Believe in our School Philosophy.

High level of communication.
Reliable transportation.
Have family support.
Good social skills.
